About

Zac Poulin is a videographer, editor, and documentarian based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Trained in Journalism at Emerson College, Zac is committed to equitable, grassroots storytelling. He has shot and edited docuseries, worked with local businesses and nonprofits, and spent over a decade diversifying his skillset from music videos to wedding photography.

When he isn’t behind the camera or computer, Zac works as a butcher. For certain projects, he goes by the alias Zacwoods.

Down the Dirt Road with DJ Lucas

In the woods, feelings matter. Zac teams up with rapper DJ Lucas to create an intimate portrait of how artists along the Appalachian trail express themselves. Zac shoots and edits each episode and will create a feature length documentary once they finish the trail in Maine.

Zac documented the young mens’ Summer session at Ron Burton Training Village. He also ran seven miles with them every morning.
